James Kissane brings over a decade of Managed Services experience and 2 decades in technology. His focus is in client satisfaction and account maintenance. During his career, he has worked in various roles within managed services that allows him to have a holistic view that allows him to look at challenges from many different angles. He has spent time in project management, purchasing, vendor management, service management, sales engineering, and account management. James continuously uses these skills to improve processes both internally and with clients to positively impact workflows.
He and his team use their industry knowledge, Concertium’s tools, and the understanding of their clients infrastructure and business practices to provide insight and counsel. They do this in an effort to help clients successfully use technology to give them an edge in their market and work more efficiently.
